The life of a coin

1. Submit: Tell us what you have and pick a service — certified cross-in, PCGS/NGC send-out, house grade or bulk. Nothing is charged up front.
2. Grade: Raw coins are screened, then graded blind by two qualified graders under the Changes Hands Grading Standard. If they disagree, the lower grade stands.
3. Vault: Each coin is photographed, logged by certificate and held in insured custody. You keep title — we are the custodian.
4. Trade: Every class has one order book. Buy at the lowest offer or name your price. Fills settle instantly: ownership moves, the coin stays put.
5. Redeem: Want it in hand? We ship your coins fully insured: $35 per shipment + $3 a coin, so most people keep cheap coins vaulted or ship several together.
